booking details

Because our guests are primarily couples in search of a peaceful getaway, Hacienda de La Costa is an adults-only destination. Although the guest rooms are spacious, the rooms are booked for single or double occupancy only, this ensures a peaceful environment for all and limits total occupancy to 10 adult guests on-site at any given time.

  • A deposit equal to the nightly rate is required to confirm a reservation.
  • 3 Night minimum stay required.
  • Deposit payments can be made by major credit card via PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to process the transaction.

Arrival from the airport

Guests have several options for travel to and from the airport.

Many guests choose the convenience of using a locally owned private car service. The driver will greet you at the airport and whisk you away in a late model Suburban. If you intend to make use of your kitchen facilities you'll be glad to know that the transportation company's service includes a stop at a large supermarket so that you'll have an opportunity to arrive fully prepared for your stay at the Hacienda. Upon request we are happy to arrange the transportation on your behalf.

If you would like to visit neighboring villages and explore all that the area has to offer then a rental car can prove cost-effective. A stop at the supermarket is easily accomplished as you travel north towards Sayulita.
If you're an adventurous traveler, and also pack light, then travelling by bus from the airport to Sayulita is an economical option.

Cancellation policy

  • Because we understand that life can present challenges.

Only your small deposit is at risk

Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival receive a 100% deposit refund. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival the deposit is refunded if we're able to rebook the accommodations. If your deposit doesn't qualify for refund we will gladly apply it to your future visit made within one year.

  • A word about our pet policy.

As much as we would enjoy meeting your pup I'm afraid we can't accommodate him or her. Our rescues aren't very gracious about sharing their newly found kingdom so, although they're not aggressive, they would bark and behave like spoiled brats and that just wouldn't be fair to the other guests that came looking for peace and quiet.

    Thank you for your understanding.
